Jeremy Wolf

Jeremy's interest in mind and body began at a young age whereby he became a teacher and second-degree black belt of Taekwondo and years later a student and teacher of Capoeira.  Meditation was his doorway into yoga in 1993, and he began his formal study in 1998.  In 2006 he received his 200hr teaching certification in Nasik, India in Classical Yoga and in 2013 his 500hr certification with Rod Stryker's school of ParaYoga.  With certification and formal training in the Bihar, Himalayan, iRest and Amrit Methods of Yoga Nidra, and based in Denver CO, he teaches locally and internationally for classes, workshops/immersions and in multiple 200 and 300hr teacher-training programs as an E-RYT 500 and YACEP.  Also a reiki master in the Mikao Usui Tradition, studying since 2001, and a lover of music, he is a producer and a label DJ for France's Ultimae Records.  His electronic and tribal-influenced DJ sets can be heard at local and international festivals, ecstatic dances,

and yoga classes.  In the form of a contemplative and grounding style of yoga, his classes and teachings seek to embody the ancient lineage of yoga as a deeply transformational and holistic spiritual practice.

Grace Friedman

Grace is a lover of music, art, creativity, nature and plants, and yoga, among many things. She is a dedicated life enthusiast on a quest to be the best version of herself she can be, to fully ride her wave of Grace in the infinite ocean. This intention started to consciously unfold 15 years ago when she acquired her first teacher in Torah studies, which ultimately led her to explore other traditions as well. Over the last decade she has traveled and lived around the world, studying with teachers from different traditions in Mexico, Peru, Israel, India, Europe and the USA. All of these perspectives, which examine the Truth from different angles, color her perception, life, and service in unique and beautiful ways.
